What Is Microneedling?

Microneedling is a facial rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of fine needles to stimulate collagen production, also called Percutaneous Collagen Induction (PCI).  It is used to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scars (including acne scars), stretch marks, and pigmentation. Microneedling is customized according to the needs of the patient. There are a variety of serums and plant stem cell extracts that can be added to the procedure to address specific skin concerns.

Microneedling With PRP

PRP microneedling, also known as a Vampire Facial, is a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment that can be used to improve the appearance of the skin. The process involves using a device called the PiXel8-RF system to create microscopic punctures in the top layer of skin. This triggers the body’s natural healing process, which leads to an increase in collagen and elastin production. The new collagen and elastin help to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scars, and other skin imperfections.
